Safe Market Standards For Exhibitors

Run a Safe Showroom

Let’s work together to create a safer Market

We are committed to making Spring 2021 High Point Market safe and productive for everyone who attends. Join us by increasing cleaning and sanitation efforts within your showroom, promoting proper social distancing and safe operation, participating in daily health checks and wristband checks, and requiring all staff and visitors to wear a face covering.

Your cooperation will be critical to creating a safe and welcoming environment. That’s why we are asking all building owners / managers, and exhibitors to commit to:

Enhanced cleaning protocols
Promote social distancing
Limit capacity within space
Monitor staff health
Wear face coverings

#HPMKTsafe Digital Toolkit

Download this toolkit to access digital files of #HPMKTsafe signage, logos, and icons. Please use these materials in your showroom to let buyers know you are committed to safety. We have also provided instructions for calculating showroom capacity, in case your building owner has not supplied this number.

All buildings and exhibitors should use these guidelines when creating their own safety plans for Spring Market. If you are an exhibitor who leases your showroom space, please contact your building owner for safety plans that may be specific to your building.

Want help? Just ask.

The guidelines listed here are for general, Market-wide use. Please check with your building contact for guidance in creating a safe and welcoming environment within your showroom.

If you have any questions, please contact Jessica Giardullo Wynn, Director of Guest Experience, via jessica@highpointmarket.org.
