We surveyed the media and the results are in: Press kits are important and product drives their interest. They want photographs, they want details. More than 80% of respondents deemed product images absolutely essential to a proper press kit. Nearly 72% said they are also looking for product details. And don’t forget the digital media. An overwhelming 62% of respondents prefer a mixed-format press kit. Give them hard copies of all information as well as everything stored on a thumb drive or by providing a link where assets can be accessed digitally.

You're just five steps away from a professional quality digital press kit:
1. Go to the "Press" tab of your Exhibitor Profile
2. Click "Build a Press Kit"
3. Upload as many as 8 new product images, with descriptions and dimensions
4. Add as many as 5 press releases
5. Click "Generate PDF;" we'll combine your uploaded images and press releases with the company and contact information in your Exhibitor Profile to create a Digital Press Kit that's ready for distribution
Be sure to encourage the media that you're meeting with during and after Market to visit your exhibitor profile at highpointmarket.org/exhibitor to download your digital press kit.
Please Note:
Information uploaded for Spring 2023 will remain on our MediaLink site until August 31, 2023. Fall 2023 information can be uploaded beginning on September 1. Anything uploaded prior to then will be dated for spring and deleted at the end of August.
For Market, Fall 2023 details should be uploaded by October 11 at 12 pm ET, after which all uploads will be paused until after Fall Market ends. Uploading will resume on October 19 and all Fall 2023 materials will remain available to the media until February 29, 2024. At that time, it will be purged and Spring Market details can be uploaded beginning on March 1, 2024.
